Client Relations Software Support Technician

Software Support Technicians help our customers with our pharmacy software products.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to computer systems users. Answer questions or resolve software problems for clients via phone, fax, in person, or from remote locations. Provide assistance concerning the use of our pharmacy software and its operating system. Occasionally you will be asked to test new software releases and upgrades. Periodic on-call pager duty is required and some travel may be required.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a teamwork orientation together with an efficient and pleasing telephone manner.

Education

Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Experience

You will need at least two years experience working with computers. Help desk software support experience is preferred but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Experience with Linux or HP3000 is helpful.
