Amity Stradford- Rx3000 Product Manager,
has 9 years Pharmacy Tech experience and has been with PCSI almost 7 years.
Having spent several years in support working directly with
Rx3000 customers, she brings a solid customer perspective to the design and
presentation of the Rx3000 pharmacy system products. |

Charlie Simons- CPhT, Client Account Manager,
has three years of retail pharmacy experience as a tech, and is currently taking courses
to ultimately obtain his MBA. He brings a lot of enthusiasm to work each day, and is
always ready to work hard to fulfill your needs. |

Cassandra Chamberlin-
CPhT- Quality Assurance and Training Facilitator, is a graduate of CSU, Sacramento and brings over
20 years of pharmacy experience to PCSI. Cassandra is enthusiastic about the exciting changes at
PCSI and is looking forward to being an integral part of our continued and future success!
She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children, working in the garden, and taking
long family drives.

Bill Nichols- Lead Client Relations Support Tech, has been
with PCSI for nine years now. He is retired from the US Navy after 20 years
of honorable service. He has a strong background in customer support, computers,
and communications.

Bob Jackson- Client Relations Support Tech,
was raised in the beautiful Rogue Valley. His specialty
is in his ability to patiently assist and problem solve in a
professional and courteous manner. Robert has over 30 years of
customer service/manager experience making him a valuable asset
to our company. He enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Dan Murray- Client Relations Support Tech,
served 8 years as a volunteer
firefighter for a rural community, and was introduced to
the love of computers by a fellow volunteer. He
enjoys trouble shooting computer problems with the
ability to come up with a fast and accurate solution.
His outside interests include: golf, softball, fishing,
bowling, church, and most of all spending time with his
wonderful wife and children. |

Devon Trigg- Client Relations Support Tech,
received his AA Degree from Rogue Community College, and
along with four years of customer service experience, has a gift for
helping people who are frustrated and stressed with a problem.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and son, as
well as riding his motorcycle. |

Heather Stauffer- Client Relations Support Tech,
was born and raised in Grants
Pass, and received her AA from Rogue Community College
as well as a BS in Sociology from Eastern Oregon University.
She comes to us with several years of experience in
customer service. She enjoys helping
people and is self-taught in computer hardware and
software. A few of her favorite hobbies include
photography, genealogy, and extensively studying our
local history. |

Ian Stark- Client Relations Support Tech, a self taught computer
entrepreneur, has worked with all of the Windows operating systems from 3.1 to Vista.
He enjoys helping people resolve the issues that they may
encounter with their PC's or programs throughout their daily use. His hobbies are
high grade remote control
vehicles, and web design.

Megan Zacharek-
CPhT. Client Relations Support Tech,
has 6 years experience working in a retail
pharmacy as a tech, including compounding skills. Whether she is testing
the system in-house or teaching end users on site, Megan brings a fresh
perspective. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor
activities and, watching football...GO DUCKS!!!

Sara W.- A.A.S.
-EMT, CPhT Client Relations Support Tech, brings to PCSI 15 years
experience in the emergency medical field , 10 of that as a paramedic. She holds
certifications in both CPR and ACLS. As a CPhT, and
with several years previous customer service experience, she helps deliver
attentive on-point support to users of the Rx3000 pharmacy system. Her current
focus is on Quality Assurance and applications documentation development. Sara
says her hobbies include “everything my 4 children can keep me busy with.” After
hours, she continues her emergency medical involvement through volunteer work as
a firefighter/paramedic with a local fire agency.
