Amity Stradford- Rx3000 Product Manager, brought 9 years of Pharmacy
Tech experience to PCSI prior to joining our team over a decade ago . Having spent several years in support
working directly with Rx3000 customers, she brings a solid customer perspective to the design and presentation
of the Rx3000 pharmacy system products.

Charlie Simons- CPhT, Client Account Manager,
has three years of retail pharmacy experience as a tech, and is currently taking courses
to ultimately obtain his MBA. He brings a lot of enthusiasm to work each day, and is
always ready to work hard to fulfill your needs.

Melissa Smith- Client Account Manger - holds a BA in English and Writing,
and comes to us from Blue Cross/Blue Shield where she worked as a claims analyst.
She has been diligently improving processes and documentation, with a strong eye for detail.
The potential of PCSI has her excited and ready to add energies and efforts to continue the company’s growth and impact.
Outside the office, Melissa enjoys the famous southern Oregon sunshine, usually with a good book in tow.

Cassandra Chamberlin-
CPhT- Quality Assurance and Training Facilitator, is a graduate of CSU, Sacramento and brings over
20 years of pharmacy experience to PCSI. Cassandra is enthusiastic about the exciting changes at
PCSI and is looking forward to being an integral part of our continued and future success!
She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children, working in the garden, and taking
long family drives.

Bill Nichols- Lead Client Relations Support Tech, has been
with PCSI for nine years now. He is retired from the US Navy after 20 years
of honorable service. He has a strong background in customer support, computers,
and communications.

Heather Stauffer- Client Relations Support Tech,
was born and raised in Grants
Pass, and received her AA from Rogue Community College
as well as a BS in Sociology from Eastern Oregon University.
She comes to us with several years of experience in
customer service. She enjoys helping
people and is self-taught in computer hardware and
software. A few of her favorite hobbies include
photography, genealogy, and extensively studying our
local history. |

Ian Stark- Client Relations Support Tech, a self taught computer
entrepreneur, has worked with all of the Windows operating systems from 3.1 to Vista.
He enjoys helping people resolve the issues that they may
encounter with their PC's or programs throughout their daily use. His hobbies are
high grade remote control
vehicles, and web design.

Megan Zacharek-
CPhT. Client Relations Support Tech, has 6 years experience working in a retail pharmacy as a tech,
including compounding skills. Whether she is testing the system in-house or teaching end users on site,
Megan brings a fresh perspective. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities and, watching football...GO DUCKS!!!

Scott Midkiff-
CPhT. Client Relations Support Tech, he combines his behind-the-pharmacy-counter
skills with over four years of customer support experience. A year and a half of this experience was spent
directly on Point-of-Sales systems together with their related hardware and software. His customer support
experience is all “front-line” and he is an effective listener. On the personal side, he enjoys
mountain biking, working with computers, and is an accomplished French Horn player.
