Installation
Your installation will be provided a complete range of services in support of the Rx3000 Systems, from initial on-site preparation, through planned milestones, to onsite go-live assistance.
Rx3000 software implementations are fully project-managed. Our certified PMs will work with your designated managers toward mutual development of the schedule of events and responsibilities. We conduct a complete overview of your desired functionality, including scheduling and coordination of system/database setup, development of patient registration, software modifications, drug formulary configuration, interface specifications, training agenda and peripheral device locations. On-site staff training and production go-live assistance are included. Services for conversion of patient data are available as an option.
Pharmacy Computer Services, Inc. approaches all major installations from a service rather than a product viewpoint. Since our first installation in 1978, we have implemented systems for many healthcare facilities including large teaching hospitals. We believe a successful implementation strategy requires that each customer be treated individually.
Some hardware support is provided for HP, Linux, Unix, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and Interactive WEB Response (IWR) platforms.
