Rx3000 Long Term Care
Rx3000 Outpatient software provides integrated, fully featured Long Term Care capability.
Multiple institutional facilities can be defined within one pharmacy database. Each one has specific settings available for controlling the type of non-medication orders used as well as specific information about the facility itself. Patients are then admitted and discharged from the facility allowing the current patient profile to be brought into the long term care management process on an order by order basis. Special reports are available to help with census, utilization, daily prescription processing, etc.
The Rx3000 Outpatient Medication Administration Record (MAR) and physician order form formats are customized to user specifications. Multiple facilities can be supplied with a format unique for each facility. The MAR and subsequent updates can be printed at any time.
This LTC facility feature can provide patient categories beyond typical LTC environments. This can include correctional facilities, home healthcare, anticoagulation and asthma patient monitoring, etc.
