Andrew Munkres Andrew Munkres- Programmer, graduated from the University of Oregon in 2007 with a B.S. in Computer Science. He relocated to Grants Pass from Eugene, OR and is on the server side team.




David Good David Good- Programmer, has a strong server programming background. David heads up development on registration and other external system interfaces, and will be helping with overall back-end system design.




David Yoder David Yoder- Programmer, is very experienced with nearly every aspect of application development. He is invaluable as we streamline and standardize our development and debugging processes. Dave Yoder has taken over the Drug Update processing.




Don Hughes Don Hughes- PCSI programmer since 1997, has a degree from the University of Hawaii and previous assembly language programming experience with a software development company in the Los Angeles area. His area of expertise at PCSI is with our MPE interfaces to external systems. Outside the office, he volunteers as treasurer for his homeowners association, and enjoys listening to and reading about classical music.




Jeff Neufeld Jeff Neufeld- Programmer, is a recent graduate from LBCC in 2006 who began to contribute in less than two days on the job. He enjoys walking, bowling, reading, movies, and videogames.




 Josh Watson Josh Watson- Development Programming Manager, holds several degrees in Computer Science, Business, and Engineering. He has years of experience writing software for the manufacturing industry, and is enthusiastically developing the next generation of pharmacy management software.




Karen Rose Karen Rose- Programmer, has been with us many years, growing through the ranks from a customer support technician to her current position. She is a graduate of Chico State with a 15 year career in the semiconductor industry followed by a local hospital purchasing and inventory control job. Karen loves history, making quilts and playing with her black lab, Cutter.




Paul Martinez Paul Martinez- Database Development Manager, graduated from Central Washington University in 2001 with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in mathematics. Paul has worked with databases and assisted in research projects while in college and after graduation. He relocated to Grants Pass, Oregon from Washington to work for PCSI.




Randy Olson Randy Olson- Programmer, another of our very experienced programmers has a large range of development experience. Randy has taken over our conversion processes, automated fill interfaces and much of the general support programming. Among his degrees and certifications are a BSCS, MBA, MCP, CompTia A+, CompTia Linux, CompTia Network+, Sun Certified Java Programmer. His main hobby is disc golf where he uses Leopard Discs.



Ray Wagner Ray Wagner- Programmer, has been with PCSI since 2000 on the client side. He has a B.S. in Computer Programming and another in Mathematics from Southern Oregon University. He enjoys hiking, bowling, basketball, and last but not least, disc golf, a favorite pastime for many PCSI employees.




Rhema Nelson Rhema Nelson- Programmer, holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Oregon State University in 2007.





Sean Agnew Sean Agnew- IVR Programming Manager, holds a BS in Computer Science and has been a professional software developer for 13+ years ~ 8 of those being with NetZero prior to joining PCSI. Sean oversees the Call~Rx IVR/IWR system development, while contributing his expertise to new server-side projects.




Shant Palanjian Shant Palanjian- Programmer, joined the PCSI team in 2007 bringing many years of experience in both client-side and database programming. His primary role here is database design.




Stephen Ray Badgett Stephen Ray Badgett- Programmer, has an education from Denver Technical Collage at Colorado Springs in 1996 with a BS degree in Computer Information Science. Stephen’s prior work experience before PCSI was with Hewlett Packard where he started as a contract worker for in 1992 and was hired by HP in 1996 (worked in Computer Operations and Application support and anywhere else HP needed an expert). Stephen also wrote many scripts and a few major applications while working with HP. Stephen started with PCSI in November of 2002. Some of the hobbies he has are Rockets, Jet engines, Space, RC boats and computer programming in Windows and working in his garage. One thing Stephen has learned is that we all can learn from anyone and everyone at anytime and he can fix it.



Ziqing Ye Ziqing Ye- Oracle DBA, holds an MS in Engineering from Southern Illinois University ('93), and has been an Oracle Certified Professional since 2000. Mr. Ye worked as a DBA on a variety of IT projects using Oracle database, including a major pharmacy benefit management company, Express Scripts and drug information provider, Facts and Comparisons. The southern Oregon climate is perfect for his outdoor interests of tennis, disc golf, downhill skiing and walking. He looks forward to the day when personal robots are as popular as today's personal computers.
