Support
Customers are provided year round support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Customer Support can be reached via email, phone or fax. The support office is manned 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Calls to the support department that are received after hours, on weekends, and holidays are routed to an answering service, which takes the site name, caller's name, and phone number, then keeps the person on the line while they page the support tech that is on-call. The phone calls are then connected to a live PCSI Customer Support Tech. NO ANSWERING MACHINES!
Software (user & OS) support is provided on Character based Rx3000, Windows base Rx3000, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and Interactive WEB Response (IWR) platforms.
Some hardware support is provided for HP, Linux, Unix, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and Interactive WEB Response (IWR) platforms.
We can use modem, internet, and VPN type connections to assist our customers.
