Rx3000 Customer Support can be reached via phone, email, or fax from 6am to 6pm Pacific, Monday thru Friday for full support.
Weekdays, holidays, and after hours, an answering service staffer will first take your name, your site name, and phone number. Then, while you are still on the line, the Support Tech on-call will be immediately paged and connected to you. Your support is live throughout, with no automated answering systems getting in your way.
Software (user & OS) support is provided on Character based Rx3000, Windows based Rx3000, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and Interactive WEB Response (IWR) platforms.
Some hardware support is provided for HP, Linux, Unix, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and Interactive WEB Response (IWR) platforms.
We can use modem, internet, and VPN type connections to assist our customers.
