Paul Brooks- Customer Support Supervisor, has over 25 years design and development experience, and almost 20 years on the job at PCSI. Southern Oregon is a great fit for him, as he takes pleasure in working on his property, hiking and rafting.
Bill Nichols- Lead Customer Support Tech, has been with PCSI for seven years now. He is retired from the US Navy after 20 years of honorable service. He has a strong background in customer support, computers, and communications.
Brian Davis- Customer Support Tech, has loads of experience in end user/network support. He is Comptia A+ Certified and is continuing his education in software programming and development. Southern Oregon is a great home for him as he enjoys woodworking, fishing and being outdoors.
Daniel Wilson- Customer Support Tech, served in the Army for 4 years and participated in Operation: Iraqi Freedom providing air defense and force protection to U.S. forces and allies. After his honorable discharge, he was a clerical assistant for two years before joining PCSI's savvy support team. In his spare time Daniel enjoys drawing, digital illustration, acrylic painting, sculpting, poetry and fantasy writing.

Kristen von Schledorn- Technical Writer, has over seven years of experience in system and network management, in addition to four years of outpatient and inpatient pharmacy experience. She has an AAS in Computer Science, as well as being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Ian Stark- Customer Support Tech, a self taught computer entrepreneur, has worked with all of the Windows operating systems from 3.1 to Vista. His hobbies are High grade Remote control vehicles, and web design. He enjoys helping people resolve the issues that they may encounter with their PC’s or programs throughout their daily use.
